Delivery Information, Stock and Liability.

Deliveries -

To View any Postage charges, Fees and Option's, Just click on any word that says "Postage"  The Link will take you straight through.

Orders will leave our salon within 24hrs of your date of order, or next business day if ordered on a weekend or public holiday.

All deliveries over $100.00 are carried out through Australia Post’s Express Post Service. Delivery will take 1 - 2 Business Days anywhere in Australia. If you are outside the Australia Post Express Post Network it may take an extra day.

All Express Post Sachels and Regular Post Sachels are traceable, but a signature is not required, so parcel’s may be left at your door. If you do not want your parcel to be left please go to our "Postage" page and select the Signature sticker ($2.95). We can write "Do Not Leave" on the Sachels but if the driver doesnt see it, it could be left.

As at 4/11/12 Free Express Delivery is offered to orders totaling $100.00 or more(Not $200 as per previous Years). If your order was placed before the 4/11/12, postage is still required for order's under $200.

All Orders under $100.00 will be charged a minimum of $10.50 Flat Rate up to 3kgs for Express Post Delivery, and or $8.50 Flat Rate up to 3kgs for Regular Sachel Delivery. Just go back to our Dermalogica Store Page, click on the word "Postage" and you can choose your postage option. This option has been put in place so you can choose your own postage, not pay postage and or arrange your own delivery method, or pick it up yourself from our Salon. 

Orders will not be refunded for change of mind purchases, discounted stock, sale items or discontinued products.  As long as your parcel has not been posted we can change a product if you have accidently ordered the wrong one. Please call us asap (business hours) on 0419 968 606 if this has happened, so we can change the order before its dispatched. 
Free Delivery or Pickup can also be arranged for local clients, Baldivis Western Australia.

OR You Can Upgrade and add to your Delivery by adding one Of The Following - Just go to our "Postage" page.

1. Signature on Delivery for $2.95

2. Insurance for all orders Under $100 & Signature for $4.50.

3. Insurance for all orders Under $200 & Signature for $5.95.

4. Insurance for all orders Under $300 & Signature for $7.50

5. Insurance for all orders Under $500 & Signature for $10.45.

Platinum Express Sachels are no longer Available.

Stock -


Whilst we always try to keep good stock levels of all items, we do sometimes become out of stock of some products. In this case you will be emailed to inform you of the expected delay. The general delay is usually only 3-5 day’s. Order's will not be refunded because an item is out of stock. If the order is urgent or you are needing it posted urgently, you are more than welcome to call our mobile number to check stock availablity, before placing an order.

Once your order is ALL in stock and ready for dispatch we will email you again to advise you of the dispatch date and Delivery Number.


Liability -

At the time of ordering, it is your responsibility to enter the correct delivery address and or products. Should you enter the wrong address or product, we are not obliged to re-send the order at our expense.

Unless your postage included insurance we will not accept liability for any loss or damage during delivery or late delivery as this is handled by Australia Post.
If you do not want your parcel left at the front door please let me know and we can arrange for Signature, Insurance on your order or a Do Not Drop label.
If you have ordered the wrong product, and have already received your parcel please contact us first via our mobile number or email (within 1-2 days of receiving goods) to discuss a solution.

If a return is agreed, you must return the item/s to us at your expense in it’s original state, via a Registered service (Signature on Delivery), and provide us with the Registered number so we can track the parcel. We will not accept liability for any loss of regular posted items or damage during delivery.  Products must be unopened and sealed, and we can arrange for the correct products to be dispatched, or in special circumstances a refund to be issued (Refunds only for clients that have had reactions). Please ensure the products are packed correctly for protection with bubble wrap as we will not refund products that arrive back damaged.

The new product or refund will not be despatched or refunded until the original item has arrived back into the Salon. Extra postage will be charged to re-send the correct product.
Orders will not be refunded for change of mind purchases on discounted stock, sale items or discontinued products. If you have had a reaction to any of the Dermalogica products you must contact us as soon as possible, to discuss the reaction. 

 
Missing Parcels - Parcels that we send out, we will always follow up any missing or lost parcel’s with Australia Post, on your behalf and do everything in our power to rectify the situation.

Please advise us immediately if your parcel ever arrives damaged. As you will need to lodge a complaint with Australia Post. We suggest you also take photo's for Australia post to follow through with their drivers.

Gift Boxes and Special offers are sometimes limited by Dermalogica Australia, once a Gift or Special has run out I will remove it off the site as soon as possible. Free Gift with Purchase specials are only available at one per order.  

 

We only use 100% genuine Dermalogica Products. Bought direct from Dermalogica Australia.
